Responsibility:

1. Set up HR strategy, and improve HR management system, including : HR plan, recruitment & allocation, performance, training, salary control, employee relationship and employee career development plan.　　　　　　　　　
2、Draft out the company regulations and improve the current regulations, push and check the execution.
3、 Set up, maintain, develop and spread company culture.
4、Handle the important and emergent HR problem during running，such as working injury and labour dispute.
5、Manage the office fixed assets, statistic the company monthly overhead cost, analysis and control the consumption. Keep the working environment clean.
6、File all the employee documents orderly. Also, keep the company related certificated and licenses updated according to government requirement.
7、 Check the company fire fighting and push the production to do the safety training regularly.
8、Responsible for the HR team performance assessment, incentive plan and budget control.
9、Maintain a good relationship with the local government.
10. Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security
