Job Title: ITSM/ITIL Process Consultant

Key Responsibilities

· Analyzing the requirements from customer, aligning process and tools, and provide an integrated solution including IT operation architecture, IT service management & control architecture.
· Mapping processes to technical workflows using within ITIL frameworks and leading the technical team to deliver, including draft and control the work plan. Recognize and handle the risk, control the deliverable’s quality. Work the technical issues out.
· Creating effective communications support implementation of changes to the organization with positive acceptance;
· Providing expert advice for Strategic Planning and Enterprise Architecture processes also being implemented.


Skills and Qualifications

· A minimum of four (4) years of progressive, directly related ITSM/ITIL Process Consulting experience. Educational background should include a University Degree or graduation from a Technical program, preferably in Computing Science or a related discipline;
· Experience as a consultant in implementation and process improvement projects as demonstrated through past engagements;
· Service Delivery performance as a process owner, service delivery manager, or practice owner;
· Demonstrable experience in service management good practice creation and implementation;
· Strong understanding of the organizational, process, and technical aspects of systems management and technical infrastructure;

One more scope of below is highly recommended:

· Expert ITIL Framework experience, ideally Master Qualification certified;
· Deep understanding about the ITIL V3, and good practice in data center operation process design, IT Operation organization design, ITSM system design and implementation.
· COBIT knowledge and experience;
· Experience with Service Delivery as a process owner, service delivery manager, and/or practice owner;
· Experience facilitating collaboration of parties to identify and advance opportunities to improve services;
· Experience in service management good practice creation and implementation;
· Experience developing and using change management processes, experience with change governance, and change communication in the context of IT;
· Strong understanding of the organizational, process, and technical aspects of systems management and technical infrastructure;
