Scanning purchase invoices for attestation.

审核报销凭证金额及发票的合法有效性；
Figure checking of payment requests and ensure all the invoices are acceptable.

跟踪和催收进项发票
Tracking input VAT invoices and ensure company can get invoices on time.

财务部门档案管理
Filing documents such as purchase and sales contracts, company certificates etc.

向新员工介绍公司财务制度
Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff.

负责费用明细账
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts of expenditure.

确认应收、应付账款及相关核算
AR/AP recognize and bookkeeping.

填开发票（包括内销发票和出口发票）
Issuing invoices both for domestic sales and exports.

负责与客户往来账款的催收，对账，审核，整理，统计与跟踪落实，防止呆账，坏账的发生。
Response for AR/AP statements to customers/suppliers, track AR to avoid bad debts.

建立客户信用档案
Build up client’s records of credence.

Communicating with other departments to ensure everything is clear for accounting.

requirement：

良好的英语写作和口语能力
Both writing and oral English skills required.

会计专业本科及以上学历
Bachelor of accounting is needed.

具备基本的算数技能
Basic arithmetic skills required.

熟悉office办公软件
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

工作严谨，责任心强，良好的沟通和团队合作能力
