The Role / Responsibilities:

You will be part of the technology team in Shenzhen, participating in the full lifecycle development and maintenance of our financial analytics software products. Your responsibilities will include:

- Design and development of new software features, maintaining and fixing defects in existing products.
- Develop automation test cases to ensure the quality of our software.
- Review and test code and features developed by other developers.
- Work with Business Analysts and product management teams in defining system processes and/or requirements.
- Provide assistance and support to software testing and quality assurance teams.
- Provide front-end support to UX designers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline, a Master degree is preferred.
- Solid Java or Database or Flex programming skills.
- Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns.
- Experience with databases, SQL performance tuning, PL/SQL programming skills would be advantageous.
- Experience with web application development using Spring/Hibernates, OSGI, JAXB would be advantageous.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal skills in English.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
