Responsibility:

- Responsible for the RF hardware design in Base Station projects or Wireless Communication projects.

- Responsible for RF circuit link budget according to project’s overall requirement.

- Responsible for RF part’s schematic design input, placement/layout review, BOM and RF design simulation/test/debugging.

- Responsible for RF system technical documents, i.e. Feasibility Study, Design Specification, Test Specification, Verification Report, etc.

- Responsible for system EMC/EMI performance.

- Responsible for RF component/module selection, verification and supplier audit.

Qualification:

- Bachelor or master degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecom or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-year experience of RF design in wireless communication systems.
- Good knowledge of Microwave and RF fields.

- Be familiar with at least two of the following designs: LNA, PLL, PA, Filter, Mixer, AD/DA, and Antenna.

- Good understanding of at least one of the following: GSM/GPRS/EDGE, TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/CDMA2000/Wimax, LTE or RFID, WiFi, Zigbee, BT, GPS, etc.

- Baseband knowledge is a plus.
- Be familiar with at least one of the design simulation tools: ADS, HFSS and Genesys.

- Be familiar with at least one ECAD tool, Cadence or Mentor Graphics is preferred.

- Be familiar with RF instruments, such as SPA, SG, VNA, PIM Analyzer, etc.
- Good communication skill and cooperation capability.

- Good team-working and independently working capability.
- Careful, patient and responsible working attitude.
- Strong initiative and learning willingness.

- Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.
