Responsibility:

- Actively develop new customer leads by aggressive “in the field” sales
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability
- Keep up high standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations and documentation
- To understand technical needs of customer and needs to interact and cooperate with company engineers uphold high quality technical solutions
- Prepare sales quotations and contracts with timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Maintain an in depth understanding of the market and competitive landscape
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Qualification:

- Minimum 3 years experience of sales or marketing in Electronic industry in foreign enterprise
- Bachelor degree or above. Majored in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science or related
- Have research and development experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Strategic and logical thinking
- Creative and innovative person
- Team spirit and loyal to the company
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Mandarin and English
