1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Job Summary – (Role Summary) 职责描述
Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager or his / her delegate and within the limits of established
InterContinental Hotels Group brand and local policies and procedures, responsible for all activities relevant to the Front
Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
Promotes the desired work culture around the five winning ways of Do the right things, Show we care, Aim higher,
Celebrate difference and Work better together of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.
在前厅部经理或其代表的总体领导之下,按照已经确定的洲际集团标准及程序,负责与前台相关联的
一切活动,比如接待、入住、结账、外币兑换以及问询。为客人提供高效的前台各项优质服务,促进
酒店形成以洲际集团五个致胜之道即:做对的事,体现关爱,追求卓越,求同存异和协作共赢为核心
的企业文化。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role) 主要工作职责(主要具体内容)
 Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity
用友好和乐于助人的态度问候每一位客人,尽量多的称呼客人的姓
 Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures
按照集团标准为客人办理入住手续
 Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures
坚持部门的标准和程序
 Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation
熟知办理入住、结账和换房的程序并且确保所有信息完整一致的输入至酒店电脑系统
 Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received
备用零钱及确保全天现金收入的准确性
 Cashes hotel guest’s personal and travelers checks and assists with currency exchange
协助酒店客人办理外币兑换包括现金和旅行支票的兑换
 Keeps abreast of all modifications to accounting policies and procedures
了解财务部最新的政策和标准
 Responsible and attends to guest’s request of using the service of safety box at all times
协助客人办理使用酒店保险箱的程序
 Knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures, for programs such as; Seasonal Packages, Frequent Flyers Programs, and also Intercontinental Hotels Group Loyalty programs
了解酒店相关的促销信息,例如季节包价,常住客包价及洲际集团包价
 Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, referees problems to supervisor/Assistant Manager if he/she unable to assist
听取客人的投诉、问询及要求,员工无法提供帮助时要及时向主管/值班经理汇报
 Is familiar with other Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts so that guest indicating any next destination on the registration card can be “sold” an onward booking to another InterContinental Hotels
熟悉洲际集团的其他酒店,知道客人下一个目的地时,积极向客人进行洲际集团姊妹酒店的交叉销售
 Does everything possible to ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service
保证客人在离开酒店时对酒店服务有一个好的印象
 Performs the audit balances and prepares all works for audit in an orderly fashion
履行审计平衡,并为审帐准备好合乎程序的工作
