Responsibility:

- Responsible for company document control system (DCS)
- Develop and maintain company DCS
- Design and maintain PDM (Product Data Management) tools
- Provide document numbers
- Keep document record
- DCS training of company employees
- Support company employees in DCS issues
- Responsible for configuration management (CM) system
- Provide product documentation system services to projects
- Set up and maintain product structure based on projects input
- Setup and update BOM and technical documentation according to project requirements
- Provide product structure to projects
- Provide product numbers to projects
- Develop and maintain CM tools
- CM training of company employees
- Support company employees in CM issues

Qualification:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years proven experience of in working with Document Control management
- 2+ years proven computer experience in MS Office and PDM tool
- Proven knowledge in electronic parameters and standard components
- Have experience in assisting SW/HW R&D projects is preferred
- Careful and accurate
- Systematical
- Ability to train others
- Service minded
- Strong initiative and learning willingness
- Take responsibility and be ready to work hard
- Fluent in spoken, reading and written English
- Having passport and willing to travel abroad
