Process Engineering Manager - epoxy molding compound （连云港）
?Responsibilities:
· Lead process development for new manufacturing process including scare-up and process control design
· Scout for, test and actively propose innovative manufacturing process
· Define best practices and bill of process standards for all manufacturing technologies
· Develop process engineering talents and professionals
Requirement:
Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering with major in mechanical or chemical engineering or realated discipline
3 years working in manufacture and process engineering of epoxy molding compound
English is fluent
Excellent presentation skill, communication and interpersonal skill with extensive knowledge in standard engineering systems and processes
