Main Function and Responsibilities

- This role Implement Merck Millipore Lab(China), Service management system and tools, be incharge of product installation,
preventive maintenance, product upgrade & training and installed base setup in responsible territories,
and quickly respond to service requests from customer/distributors/sales teams.
- Achieve the service and consumable revenue target set by management in responsible territories.
- Cooperate with the distributor's service team on the service activities such as product installation, service repairs and installed base setup.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and training team to follow up the market activities,
and assist sales team to achieve the sales objectives in responsible territories.
- Collaborate with 400 Hot-line to follow up all the pending service issues from the customer/sales team/distributors and
keep communication with WW Technical Support Team for the technical issues updating for Lab Water Products.
- Deal with the complaint from the customer, sales team and distributors.

Our Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent, Electronics, Mechnical or Bioscience industries.
- Preferably working experience in laboratory instrument installation and maintenance.
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese and can communicate in English.
- Good communication and presentation skills to deal with service activities and customer compliants.
- Respond to customer/distributors/sales team proactively
- Willing to travel occasionally (short trip 2-3days)
- High energy, team player and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good work organizer, team player, strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Good execution, integrity and teamwork are definitely required.
