职位描述
Job description:
1. To support show team in conducting a successful Players Club VIP Programme for G2E Asia 2014 and deliver all the agreed objectives.
2. To achieve all assigned pre-registration and onsite turn-up targets according to agreed milestones and timelines
3. To support TAP Specialist in :
a. Verifying database and ensuring pre-registration of VIPs via telemarketing
b. Researching into expansion of database
c. Ensuring proper and accurate maintenance of Players Club VIP database in accordance to RX standards and policy
d. Conducting surveys to understand the needs of exhibitors and Players Club VIP database so as to achieve customer insights
e. Providing administration support to ensure that pre-show follow up with Players Club VIPs is proper and prompt
f. Compiling welcome kits and ensuring proper mailing of pre-show materials and visiting badges
g. Providing administration support to ensure good customer service onsite and agreed satisfaction rate for Players Club VIPs is achieved.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese is a MUST
- University degree, bachelor or above, experience of study abroad is a preferable.
- 1 year’s working experience in marketing will be a big plus
- Quick learner
