Job description
Perform hardware technical support in customer accounts • Support daily operation and maintenance of customer’s systems in p-series,including SAN and attached storage • Assists in hardware services activities, including installation planning, account management, systems problem determination, relocation, diagnosis, etc. • Perform problem determination, discontinuance and relocation for IBM Open systems and attached storage • Prepare documentation for review report and activity planning • Implement IT projects • Responsible for developing positive relationships with customer to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

1 具备6年以上IT从业经验。
2 深入熟悉一种IBM主流产品（middleware，Server，Storage，DB2, Tivoli），或者深入掌握某一种市场主流产品，在该产品上具备重大问题解决/重大性能调优经验，并在重大项目中，提供针对该产品的技术支持，架构设计等工作。
3 具备大型项目实施经验，并在大型项目中担任主要技术角色（架构师或者担任设计职责的主要工程师）。
4 具备全面的计算机基础知识以及多种软硬件产品实施经验，了解复杂方案设计要点。
5 沟通能力较强，可以明确了解客户思维重点，掌握沟通要点。
6 性格开朗，善于团队合作。
7 可以独立管理重要客户，引导挖掘客户的技术需求，进行总体架构设计，并形成解决方案以及实施方案。
