职位描述:

—负责深圳办公室的应收账款, 每月定期与客户对帐及催收。
—在SAP系统上准确、及时地操作应收账款的核销工作，配合总账会计按时完成每月结账.
—核对公司直营店的收发货, 计算销售额, 协助、监督店铺库存盘点工作.
—每月召开应收账款会议,了解及清理客户欠款情况,督促追款回收.
—在SAP系统上操作办公室小储存室货物的出库核销工作，监督小储存室的盘点工作
—销售合同管理
—每月准确、及时地提交相关财务报告

职位要求:

—财务专业大专以上学历
— 2年以上相关工作经验。
—良好的沟通能力,良好英语书写能力。
—清晰的逻辑思维,严谨的工作态度,严谨,有负责心,诚实,有团队合作精神
—熟悉ERP系统,尤其是有SAP经验者优先考虑

Job description:

-Responsible for the accounts receivable of Shenzhen office, perform account reconciliations and collect overdue receivables with customers monthly.
-Operating accurately and timely on the SAP system for the accounts receivable Write-Off, cooperate with the General accountant finish the accounting close monthly.
-Check the consignee or consignor of the company stores and the sales, assist and supervise the store inventory work.
-Having AR meeting every month, clear the customer arrears.
-Operate in the SAP system for Small storage room of office goods Write-Off and verification work, Supervision stocktaking.
-Sales contract management.
-Submit the various financial reports on time every month.

Job requirements:

-Finance college degree
-More than 2 year relevant work experience.
-Good communication skills, normal English written skill.
-Clearly finance logical thinking, serious working attitude, preciseness, responsible, honest and with teamwork spirit
-Familiars with ERP system, especially has priority for SAP experience
