职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand and confirm layout at initial design stage. Direct and manage construction drawings development in a timely manner, ensure construction drawings to fulfill statutory requirements while comply with company design standards
Involve in tendering process, from tender documents preparation to awarding tenders
Prepare budget and monitor costs, check and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Take lead on project kick-off meeting, drawings review meeting and write meeting minutes
Co-ordinate with landlord and various parties e.g. drawings submission, government approval application
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Supervise site works, track projects milestones and attend site meetings, to ensure timely and qualified project delivery
Provide technical solutions / recommendation where necessary
Check and confirm the payment application from vendors based on the contracts and project progress
Attend and lead projects inspection with all vendors, issue defects list to vendors and guide vendors to complete rectification in timely and properly
Lead hand over procedures to operation team
Organize all as-built acceptance files and related documents
Develop and deliver progress reports, contract summary reports and cost break down reports
Responsible for store renovation work, follow up and monitor renovation progress and ensure compliance with company's standard
Qualifications:
University degree or college diploma in the field of project management or relative, (architecture, engineering, CM, etc)
3-5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Ability to bring project to successful completion
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
Able to travel for the purpose of store project management
