· 8 Years of IT experience and minimum 4 year of experience supporting HP Operations Manager

· Sound knowledge in HP OMU, OMW

· Good Experience in implementing new HPOV management servers and Agents

· Working knowledge on integrations of third party tools and/or other monitoring environments

· Knowledge on DR / HA in HP SiteScope.

· Excellent knowledge of Windows and Unix Administration

· Knowledge on databases (Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, etc)

· Strong knowledge on SNMP and MIBS

· Scripting Knowledge - Jython/Python, Javascript, (Java), UNIX shell scripting, SQL, XML .

· Should have experience in rolling out new monitoring tools

· Strong skills working in a remote team

· Knowledge in system management solutions and ITIL concepts

· Understanding of process and procedures necessary to support a 24x7 environment

· Good soft skills for written/oral English communication with client

· Able to work independently, own responsibility.

· Analytic ability in order to research technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions
