Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the recruitment of Shenzhen team;

2. Responsible for the payroll and social insurance of Shenzhen team;

3. Provide reports including headcount and payroll to management as needed;

4. Implement the employee compensation and benefits programs;

5. Support training programs such as New Hire Orientation;

6. Support other local HR issues;

7. Responsible for local Admin issues.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related fields;

2. Over 5 years' experience in HR field, an expert in payroll and social insurance;

3. Experienced in IT position is preferred;

4. Good command of English in both oral and written;

5. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint;

6. Ability to work independently.
