Responsibility:
1 Have proven track record of signing Strategy Allinance Agreement with top 50 Shopping Mall landlords in Greater China
2. Achieve annual store number target and IRR budget of company
3. Propose profitable and strategic new store locations and present to management for consideration .
4. Weekly update progress and market information for potential sites action plan
5. Make sensible sales forecast for potential site base on city planning , retail and real estate market conditions, demography, consumer's spending behavior, transportation links and competition.
6. Keep track record of major competitors development plan and feedback to senior management with details .
7. Follow company guidelines in site selection and lease negotiation
8. Collect all documents for new store feasibility report and prepare an IRR pack
9. Finalize tenancy agreement and provide all property documents from landlord for legal Adviser's approval, arrange it to be signed afterwards.
10. Well co-ordination with landlord and internal department to make sure the store ready for opening and meet opening deadline
11. Keep good working relationship with strategy alliance & professional property agent
12. Set up land bank database for 5yrs store development


Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 10 years proven track of top retail chain store's expansion experience in Greater China
3. Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skill.
4. Self-initiated, aggressive mind and able to work under pressure.
5. Good command of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
6. Fluency in English and Chinese
7 .Willing to travel
