FINANCE MANAGER/ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER 财务经理/助理财务经理
Lead and supervise a team of staff, and be responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
Establish the finance department targets, coach and develop the local finance team to deliver the results
Ensure the overall financial activities and preparation of the financial/management reports are in compliance with company policies and local regulations, and meet submission deadlines
Improve existing internal controls and financial system, processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Prepare management and analysis reports to better manage and improve company’s KPIs
Lead the preparation of annual operating budget/forecast and monitor expenditures to ensure conformance to budgetary limits
Assist the internal and external auditor to examine the compliance with standards, policies and procedures; follow-up on audit findings and recommendations
Requirements:
Experience and knowledge：
University Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
5 to 7 years related experiences, with at least 3 years in a managerial roles; those with more years of experience could be considered for senior positions
Proficiency in MS Office applications and computerized accounting packages
Familiar with International Accounting Standards, those with knowledge of PRC accounting and taxation principles have definite advantage
Competencies and attributes:
Good Interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work across team
Capable to work independently and under pressure
Good verbal, reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese
