Job Responsibilities:

Management of:
?Provision of different levels of Reference Designs (paper design, custom design or platform/solution) as per customer’s needs and based on customer’s technical capability.
?Provision of Systems solutions and methodologies for GPRC.
?New product promotion based on SPF revenue number, and training distributors’ FAE, PM and Sales.
?Competitive Product Analysis from the products performance perspective. And then provide the promotion tool for Sales and propose NPR to PL.
?Continuously monitor industry trends and market forces (i.e. government regulations) that will impact customer's design strategy.

Support:
?Technical Road Shows and Seminars. Including the preparation of market/price information, competitive product analysis, and getting the data of end-customer spec and customer solutions.
?Assist in quality/ application issues: identifying the root cause and work with Sales/CQE to resolve the issues.
?The technical support of customers and prospects during promotional, design-in, and development phases
?Press release and article/ application notes
?Able to design evaluation boards or customer related boards.

Work with:
?PL engineering teams to ensure that products meet the application's requirements
?Business marketing to provide technical detail to the production of press releases, Articles for Trade Journals and application notes
?Sales Teams in key customer accounts to identify technical trends as well as current and future product requirements to drive business development opportunities

Qualifications:
?Degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
?4-5 R&D years after Bachelor or 2-3 R&D years after Master; or at least 7 years design experience in applications to be supported in assigned role.
?At least 5-year Telecom Power up to 3KW designer experiences, UPS and solar power experience will be a plus.
?Be conversant with all major power supply topologies; or predominant applications and power topologies of assigned customers and/or markets.
?Good command of local language and English writing, presentation and communication skills.
