Job Description
HR Manager
General description of work assignments
? Ensure company complies with local HR rules and obligations
? Review and implement company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the Company.
? Live and nurture the Company sprit and values
? Educate work force by establishing programs/seminars
? Administer compensation programs, participate in job evaluations and pay decisions as required.
? Prepare monthly review HR summary with commentary
? Support business growth, by providing efficient, consistent and proactive HR consultancy
? Responsible for talent acquisition. Developing search strategies, candidate identification & selection and successful on-boarding activities.
? Coach, counsel, and influence of managers in the areas of selection of top talent, succession planning, development of high potential employees, employee relations, performance management, discipline, etc.
? Ensures effective communication to employees of Company related information
? Advise and provide assistance to supervisors and managers on identifying, evaluating, and resolving employee relations issues; ensure consistent of treatment of employees.
? Supports project based work on business-critical strategic imperatives from a human resources perspective.
? Proactively monitor the work environment to identify and address trends and areas of improvement. Communicates and designs action plans to encourage and sustain employee engagement.
? Other continuous improvement projects, duties and responsibilities as delegated.
? Complete ad-hoc assignments based on business needs
? Help with administrative tasks until organization has been established

Work experience requirements
? Proven record of experience in managing HR dept.
? Excellent understanding & working knowledge of assessment tools when recruiting
? Excellent understanding & working knowledge of local C&B and related labor law
? Experience with SAP
? Work experience with foreign company (corporate language English)
? Experience with implementing HR Strategies in the areas of succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, reward and recognition, change management and workforce planning.
Educational requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related discipline required
Personal skills
? Ability to act as a credible coach and facilitator and a credible role model for effective leadership and performance.
? Strong character and work ethic with a dedication to going the extra mile.
? Demonstrated managerial courage; Self-confident and able to act as role model of company values.
