The Role / Responsibilities:

A senior software engineer will be responsible for the following under the guidance of the team lead:

- Take part in the full application development lifecycle according to the company’s software development practices and processes

- Discuss and communicate business requirements with other software engineers, quality assurance engineers and strategists

- Provide assistance and support to software testing and quality assurance teams

- Maintain and document software functionalities in knowledge management system

- Provide daily support for our systems, cooperate closely with project management, strategy, quality assurance and build & release teams on patches and hot-fixes

- Contribute ideas for new features and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Computer Science or related discipline from a top institution, Master in Computer Science a plus

- At least 2 years of C#.NET development work experience

- Proficient in MVC, WCF, Entity Framework

- At least 1 year of Web development work experience and familiar with HTML, CSS3, Javascript, and HTTP protocol

- Good understanding of SOA is a plus

- Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.

- Willing to learn new technologies with good self-learning ability
