Senior purchase engineer_investment goods

职位描述(Job Descriptions):
1. Complete purchase activities for investment goods.
2. Ordering spare parts / expendable / service for investment goods.
3. Sourcing and developing investment goods domestically and internationally, collecting data of supplying market through fair / internet / other effective way.
4. According to requirement ordering goods from oversea suppliers.
5. Order handling (negotiation, purchase order creation/issue, confirmation of supplier acceptance of terms and conditions, follow-up, documentation control, management of claims to and from suppliers, invoice check and payment application, etc.)
6. Reduce purchasing costs and evaluate prices for each order, the target is ordering the best performance price ratio goods.
7. Work out annual cost down plan and implying to meet setting target.
8. Communication and necessary support to supplier during purchase order execution process. Monitoring of costs, quality and on time delivery of purchased equipments/ components/ service.
9. Respect the defined purchase regulation and operating process.
10. Keep close communication with requesting departments.
11. Team work with purchase colleague who does similar work.
12. Maintain purchase database to make all purchasing activities transparency
职位要求(Job Requirements):
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, or technology-based major is required.
2. Over 5 years of working experience in foreign owned company; minimum 3 years purchase experience in factory based company.
3. Oversea purchase experience is required.
4. Rich purchase experience of mould-machining equipments, injection / stamping machine, forklift or similar large-scale equipments, especially the equipments made in EU country.
5. Individual must possess effective communication, negotiation skills and willing to work under pressure.
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
7. Good English ability both oral & written(must);
8. Willing to travel domestically.
9. Below 35 years old.
10. Familiar with mould machining, parts injecting will be a plus.
11. Existing above mentioned goods purchase channel will be a plus.
