工作内容:

按客户的要求进行品验. 包括生产线上及最终检验, 参加产前会议, 工厂评估及供应商开发工作

主要职责

检验产品后认真填写验货报告;

根据订单进行线上检验, 确保质量达标

货物出运前, 在工厂进行最终检验

如发现产品质量影响交期问题,要及时告知相关人员

会对所分配的工厂进行必要的性能分析,并能识别具有高风险的工厂,发现问题并能提出改进方案

参与工厂评估,协助开发供应商

职位要求

木材技术专业优先考虑

在家具工厂/采购代理或办事处工作过的经历

有不同家具种类的实际工作经验

有样品制作, 不同涂装, 不同木头材质的技术经验

良好的沟通技能,具有一定听说读写能力还有计算机技术熟练, 可以发现问题, 并提出解决方案

具有灵活性, 可以独立工作, 并且能够能适应经常出差

具有团队合作精神并有较强的工作压力承受能力

Quality control / Technician

Job Description Detail

Conduct order inspections to ensure customer requirements are met. This may include in-line and final inspections, participation in pre-production meetings, factory evaluations and vendor development activities

· Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and update the Quality Assurance production status reports on a regular basis.

Conduct inline inspections of Purchasing Order ; ensuring product quality conforms to the approved requirements.

Conduct the final audit for the shipments at factories before delivery to the forwarders.

Reports to supervisor or respective hearquarters persons timely on problems identified that may affect delivery.

Prepare analysis on performance of factories assigned and identifies high risk factories; identify issues and recommend improvement actions.

Conduct factory evaluations and assist in other vendor development initiatives as assigned

Required Experience/Skills Detail

We are seeking for candidate who has graduated from University of Technical Education, major in Wood Technology is advantage

Strong experience of working in factory / Buying Agent’s office or Representative Office

Hands-on knowledge of different furniture categories

Technical experience in samples making, different finishing, different wood

Good communications skills: Speak, write and understand English && proficient PC skills - Able to identify problems and analyse for solutions

Flexible, able to act independently and able to travel daily

Self - motivated team player prepared to work under pressure
