Responsible for the maintenance and support of system files and tables used to drive the base functionality of our applications.
? Conduct product configuration, update and maintain files and tables
? System administration. Maintain user authorization, system setup that impacts reports and interfaces to other systems
? Research and resolve operation problems and issues based on documented policies, procedures and standards.
? Develop and provide all regular business reports and comparisons

To provide production support for problem solving and normal daily operation
? Provide production assistance and support to operation system, interface portal or any sub-systems.
? Analyze and research the system issues raised by users, providing system support to daily operation
? Identify problem roots, perform system testing , Coordinate with other resources for problem solving
? Report and raise issues, analysis defect, perform testing and verify solutions in production; Communicate outcomes and timelines
? implement temporary solutions to problems when appropriate, and recommend system solutions alternatives
? Assess the impact of proposed solutions on current systems and procedures.
? Train and provide guidance to end-users

To support the department’s systems and staff by recommending and implementing system enhancements that promotes efficiency, compliance and growth
? Gather, analyze/research, and formulate data and process flows for daily transaction data and projects with low to moderate levels of complexity.
? Analyze processes, interface and sub-system problems for adaptive or corrective changes.
? Assist to design/draft test plans for projects, new features, new products and systems with expected results based on the modifications and design.
? Drive and lead UAT testing
? Identify opportunities to improve or gain efficiencies within our system applications and/or the department


Requirements:

Experience
? 2-3 years systems or business support analyst experience.
? Experience of a complete user acceptance test life cycle.
? Experience of performing training for end users.
? Specification writing experience/user requirements gathering and analysis.
? Experience with SQL

Knowledge
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
? Requires knowledge of a variety of applications including business applications, Microsoft suite and reporting tools.
? Project management experience would be a benefit.
? MS Office Excel to an Advanced level.
? User Acceptance Testing life cycle.
? Product implementation life cycle.

Skill
? Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively perform system support duties
? Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
? Database SQL language
? Data analysis skills.
? To be able to train end users in new products, functionality and processes.
? Ad hoc project work as required.
? Ability to learn new applications and equipment.
? Ability to prioritize, organize and work independently or as part of a project team to complete multiple tasks.
? Fluency in English language desirable.
