助理物业经理Assistant Property Manager 职位编号 Reference No:PM20120303 发布日期Posted On:2012/2/27 Job Responsibility: 1.Responsible for editing and implement the annual work plan, and ensure all of the management documents and policies were well executed. 2.Verify the budget and management daily finance operation, provide the suggestions for processing and make a decision of major events. 3.In accordance with company’s standard procedures strictly, implement and supervise the operation work of service center and responsible for the relevant work of all major events. 4.Management and guarantee of all the cleaning, maintenance and security related work. 5.Responsible for solving customer’s complaint timely and effectively. 6.Responsible for liaison with external department (Governments and Developer), and coordinate with other internal departments. 7.Responsible for determining O-chart, manpower planning and job responsibilities; arrange the overall work of service center. 8.To build a efficient service team and train the all levels’ staff to make them meet the service quality and standards; to strengthen the team building and responsible for staff performance management. 9.Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 10 years above working experience in property management and at least 2 years management experience in relevant position. Education/Training: College degree or above Other Skills: Holder with Property Manager certificate Language: Proficiency in both written and oral English and Chinese Key Competency: 1.Good communication, problem analysis and solving skills; coordination, organization, management, and other comprehensive ability 2.Serious and responsible, Able to work under pressure 3.Know of the relevant professional knowledge of finance, operation and related policy laws and regulations 1. 2.对管理预算进行审核并监管日常 3. 4.管理、保障物业所有清洁、保养和保安工作 5. 6.负责对外(与政府主管部门、发展商)的联络事宜,做好内部(包括与公司各部门)的协调工作; 7. 8.建立高效的服务团队,培训各级员工并使之达到管理要求的服务质量及标准, 9.完成上级指派的其他工作任务 任职资格 工作经验: 十年以上物业行业工作经验,二年以上物业管理岗位工作经验 教育/培训: 大专几以上学历 其他技能 具备物业经理上岗证 语言: 良好的中文、英语口语及书写表达能力 关键素质: 1.具有良好的沟通以及问题分析,解决能力; 2.责任心强、能承受一定的工作压力 3.具备相关专业知识-财务、运营以及相关政策法规
