岗位职责Job Responsibility：

1.负责工程采购、招投标及合约管理职能块的工作组织和协调
Handles the administration and management of all contracts for the Project entered into by the Company;
2.建立、维护供应商、材料价格信息库，在工程招标、设计选型时提供相应的价格信息支持
Oversees the administration and management of all nominated sub-contracts and direct contracts and ensures that all subcontracts are on a back to back basis with the Main Contract;
3.参与审核项目公司的招标采购计划； 负责采购合约部的部门建设; 负责配合进行施工过程中的造价管理；
Works closely with the Project Control, Construction and Finance departments to ensure that the company is working within its contractual obligations and is timely recovery of all costs against contracts;
4.牵头项目目标成本的编制及动态成本管理工作
Participates in risk assessment & management of contracts at the front end and right through the project lifecycle; and
5.处理项目开发过程中发生的相关问题
Ensures that the management and project teams are all aware of the essential provisions of the company’s contracts.
6.牵头工程招标标底的核算和概预算；负责参与商务评标与谈判
Manage the preparation of tender documents for construction packages and consultancy agreements and manage the tender process.
7.严格按照总公司制定的招投标流程及制度开展项目的招投标工作
Assist project team in the selection of the tenderers, vendors and other sub-agencies.
8.建立各类台账，规范预、结算管理，提供经验数据; 编制项目目标成本
Manages the post-contract financial duties; interim payment and final account
9.对项目施工阶段的目标成本进行动态监控，编制项目动态成本监控报告
Be responsible for the cost management of the project and submits a cost report to the Project Director on a monthly basis.
10.审核工程竣工结算资料、结算报告
Ensures timely completion of final accounts for construction contracts.
11.审核付款申请；负责收集并整理与工程预结算和竣工相关的资料
Assist the project team as required in the closure of contracts.
12.实施工程招标采购工作；参与编制集团标准合同文本；参与完善公司成本信息资料库。
Implement standard company operating procedures related to tendering/procurement and contract administration.

任职资格Job Requirement：
工作经验Experience：
从事工程预、决算工作10年以上，并有大型房地产，商业、酒店项目预算审核管理经验
Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in commercial/ hotel projects;
其他技能Other skills：
熟悉招投标法律、法规及相关政策和建设项目的建设程序、施工方法和过程、全过程造价管理流程
Understand contract in legal & commercial aspects
教育/培训Education/Training：
大学本科或以上学历，工程造价管理/建筑管理/机电或其它相关专业; 注册造价师资格优先
University degree in Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management/ Cost Engineering; Professional qualification will be an advantage
语言 Language:
能操流利粤语，普通话及英语。
Proficiency in both written and oral English and Chinese
