Hire for TW team
Asia Pacific Renewal Centre (ARC) Dalian center in charge the PS service renewal for Oracle Products, covers Great China, Korea, Japan service renewal.
The Service Renewal Representative will be responsible for ensuring the target support renewal rate for existing customers in their assigned territory.
Successful Service Renewal Representative (SRR) will be highly focused on performing renewals activities like data cleaning activities, answering customer’s emails, performing outbound callusing customer language and respecting customer business hours. A SRR will be measured on _several productivity_ standards, including contracts renewed vs. forecast, cancelled contracts and backlog. SRRs must adapt and acquire new skills quickly, and will effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. In addition, SRRs will interpret and advise on the relative benefits of Oracle Support contracts, accurately describe product and service offerings and entitlements, electronic systems options, practices, policies and procedures. The SRR required to in charge both HW and SW renewal for assigned country.

Detailed Description
Responsible for timely renewals for small to medium-sized customers in assigned territory. Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications. Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of Oracle*s services portfolio. Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals. Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals. Identify and transfer leads to sales representatives for top-tier opportunities. Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.
Job Requirements
2-5 years experience in customer service, sales or related area. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

Responsible for meeting productivity requirements on outbound calls for renewals, email answering time;
Manages exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals
Respect the renewals timelines and procedures in order to meet the booking forecast and the other renewals KPI's.
Qualifications:
Good English
Understands the business use of Oracle products, services and future directions
Demonstrated proficiency with e-mail, computers, Word, Excel and Internet.
Ability to handle customers over the phone. Ability to work with strict procedures and timelines.
Availability to align their working schedule to the customer business hours.
Bachelors degree in any major preferred or equivalent and
