职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Retrieval of info/data from CRM production servers upon request from PM and development team.
- Execute jobs/scripts provided by PM for investigating and resolution of problems.
- Checkout and checkin IDs from/to CyberArk for accessing CRM servers.
- Support BCP/DRP activities and DR drills.
- Daily System Health Check which should be limited to checking of log file on server utilization or capacity
- Support maintenance after system go-live (primarily as Level 1 for Incident Management including issues follow-up and First Call Resolution where possible based on Known Error Database (if any). The KEDB is to be compiled by the Application Development team in SG and shared with NCS CRM onsite support for known errors that are likely to recur in production with resolution steps for Level 1 to follow for resolution. If it's an error that is new, or not documented, then NCS support will not attempt to resolve it but would channel it to the relevant parties for resolution.)
- Assist in deployment as implementer (following instructions) and support live verification.
- Follow up and work with IT team in China or development team in SG during implementation or for major issues.
- Participate in Monthly Service Review as part of the existing NCS team's repertoire, which is an avenue to provide in-depth analysis of problems encountered during that one month for applications under NCS' supports' purview.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in IT or IT related or Finance (with strong grasp of IT)
- Around 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the banking sector
- Solid knowledge of SQL/Oracle query language and Unix command
- .Net program experience (preference)
- Cyber-Ark usage experience (preference)
- Good English communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficiency on the use of Microsoft excel and powerpoint
- Team-work, patient, proactive, and hard-working, fundamental technical skills
