? Checking and view the whole department workload volume ,distribute it to subordinate in average.
? Help OP to solve the difficulties in operation process.
? Solve the daily operational issue ,problems and complains from clients.
? Focus on the air freight market and keep every OP posted for the marketing changes.
? Coordinate the relationship with FA /AIR department and any other.
? Help SALES department to development the market in sea part, enlarge the resources of sea freight client ,provide the best ocean freight and best sea carrier service .
? Quote to various parties ,overseas colleague /other DACHSR station /local clients .
? Various report to SHA/HKG
? Operate the shipment from VIP client .
? Hold department meeting regularly ,review and planning ,focus on the operation issue ,marketing news sharing ,finance request match .
? Make weekly and monthly statistics reports.
? Cost saving control on each out cash flow.
? Keep good relationship with customers and local agents
? Give training to team members.
? Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his duty from the Management of the company or other sources;
? Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness.
? Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm; communicate with sales and other department for day to day operation.



? Education:
? College degree or above;
? Experience:
? At least 5 years team leader experience in gloable freight forwarder;
? Language Skills:
? Good English express oral & written
? Computer Skills:
? Good PC skills, esp. MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint;
? Core Competencies:
? Good interpersonal skills
? Outgoing and open minded,self motivation
? Warm personality, industrious and enthusiastic
