职位描述
Primary Purpose of the Position (List key objectives)
1.Monitor and report critical operational KPI
2.Work with Customer and Supplier to understand end to end SC improvement opportunities and initiate project to improve supplier integration and customer satisfaction
3.Initiate/lead/support project to improve customer satisfaction and reduce Supply Chain Cost To Serve
4.Mapping, Improve and Optimize Supply Chain Process by system and Lean method
5.Best Practice Sharing with Goodyear internal and Bench Marking with external competitors
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1.Process mapping and analysis of the supply chain to identify potential areas that lack efficiency, developing feasible solutions that will work in light of the company's complex operations
2.Working with internal stakeholders to gain their cooperation on process changes, implementing and standardizing processes, finally developing tracking matrices to review
3.Monitoring and reporting performance measurement for critical operations and developing new reports with IT for routine tracking and reporting
4.Working with IT to implement and or enhance system to improve SC operation efficiency and internal control. Train key users on process and system
5.Work with region to leverage Best Practice sharing and developing China SC internal and external benching marking
6.Initiating, leading and/or supporting various Supply Chain Management projects in China SC organization to improve customer satisfaction and continuously reduce total Supply Chain CTS
Requirements
1.More than 6 years of work experience in the at least two of supply chain areas (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement and Import/Export) with minimum 2 years of management experience
2.Strong Project Management skills, PMP certification preferred
3.Excellent communication skills
4.Fluent English and Mandarin
5.Strong ability to embrace and influence change
6.Advocate of lean supply chain to drive and sustain internal and external efficiency
7.Team player having an ability to work with a broad range of individuals from both a professional and personal perspective
8.Strong negotiation skills with an ability to persuade and influence others through solid business judgment and common sense
9.Analytical capability and a strong facility for numerical/financial information
10.Ability to multi?ask and work in a fast paced environment
11.SAP MM & SD module experience
