Clerk of Works (Station in Dalian, PRC) (Ref.: COW/PRC/CPO/0214)

The Clerk of Works will act as the representative of the developer and employed by the Architect on a contract basis (of approximately 12 months) to perform site supervisory duties, inspections, to attend site meetings, to coordinate building works, to ensure all site works/workmanship are of good quality and are in compliance with the contract drawings, specifications and approved drawings.
工程监理人员作为开发商的代表，被聘于建筑设计公司（合约期大约为12个月）。负有施工监管职责，出席施工现场会议和工作协调，确保现场工作的有序开展和工程质量的高品质，确保合同图纸规格等与现场施工相一致。
Requirements:
要求：
Minimum 10 years experience in the Clerk of Works capacity or at least 5 years experience as an on-site inspector;
10年以上相关工作经验，5年以上现场的监管工作经验。
Experience in the supervision of work carried out under contracts for superstructure, curtain wall and external cladding installation, interior fitting out works;
在主结构施工监督、幕墙与建筑覆盖层安装、室内精装方面具有管理和监督经验
A Hong Kong Polytechnic or T.I. Diploma / HC in Building or Building Studies, or equivalent;
香港理工学院或者T.I专科，建筑工科毕业或具同等学历
Passes in Chinese and English Language (Syl. B) HKCEE or equivalent;
已通过英语和中文会考，或具同等学历
Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
粤语流利，普通话和英语读写流利
Good knowledge of construction details, curtain wall and external cladding details and construction methods.
