Responsibility:职责：
?Give the full support to operators’ recruitment
?全面负责操作工的招聘工作。
?Help new employee to finish recruitment procedure;（Finger print ,photo and uniform etc.）
?新员工入职手续的办理工作。（指纹录入、照相及工服发放的相关工作）
?Prepare Operator Recruitment Repot
?准备新员工入职报告表。
?Prepare and update employee identification cards when employees care trained in new and additional skills
?准备员工卡并在员工增加技能时，及时更新员工卡。
?Order and distribute work clothes,identification cards and lockers to new employee,and collect them back when the employee leaves company
?员工工作服、胸卡、更衣室锁和钥匙的定做与发放，并在员工离职时予以回收。
?Input the information of new operators into HRP system
?新入职操作工信息输入到人力资源系统。
?Prepare operators’ labor contract .Operator labour contract management
?准备操作工的劳动合同，操作工的劳动合同的签订。
?File management for operators, update the file in time, ensure the correctness and effectiveness
?操作工档案管理工作，及时整理更新档案，确保档案的正确性及有效性。
?Attend HR affair regularly or ir regularly
?定期或不定期的参加人才招聘会。
?Update the employee information in HRM system in time
?及时更新HRM系统中相关信息。
?Deliver the bank card number statistics and employee reward to C&B for payroll calculation
?向薪酬负责人提供银行卡统计以便其薪酬计算。
?Responsible for department HSE related job
?负责本部门HSE相关工作。
?Other issue for HR&Admin. department
?其它人力资源及行政工作。

W.E.T. Automotive Systems (China) Ltd. is a wholly owned foreign enterprise, a subsidiary of W.E.T. Automotive Systems AG which is based in Munich Germany. The W.E.T. Group is a world-wide organization with plants in Mexico, Hungary, Germany and China, and offices in Canada, Texas, Malta and Japan.

In furthering its leadership position in the world market for automobile seat comfort systems and also to increase its presence in Asia, the W.E.T. Group set up a state of the art plant in the Langfang Economic and Technical Development Zone in Hebei, and occupies an area of over 35,000 square meters.

The Chinese company was incorporated in September 2002, with an investment of USD 12 million and a subscribed share capital of USD 6 million. The company presently employs about 1500 employees.

The production line of the plant includes automotive seat heating systems (carbon fiber included), automotive comfort seat systems, steering wheel heaters, and cable harnesses. W.E.T. China keeps the same high standards of management organization, production techniques, and quality control as in the other W.E.T. plants worldwide, and is in fact QS9000 and TS 16949 certified. W.E.T. China products are exported to Europe, Japan, and North America.
