职位描述
l、Responsibilities（主要职责）
* Work with cross function team to ensure the product creation process under control to reduce the risk of mass production stage and achieve the quality goals pre-determined for both Local projects of W.E.T. China and transferred projects.
* Get and identify the customer input and translate into related process/function , including SC/CC;
* Summarize quality issues for similar project and transfer to the project team as input at early stage;
* Communication with customer on quality issue with the project;
* Summarize and monitor PPAP till customer approved;
* Monitor quality status at the EPC stage, define actions to improve till meet the target pre-determined;
* Cooperate with customer project audit and following things till actions are closed;
* Identify the customer requirements on the test and test report, translate into system;
* Coordinate complete all kinds of quality reports which requested by customer during the Project Running;
* Ensure all inspection plan are created in system before mass production;
* Participation in Lead customer complaint management process before mass production;
* Arrange sorting for customer complaint;
* Follow actions till they are closed effective;
* Participation in customer complaint management process after mass production;
* Assisting customer in any quality related queries, communicate with customer or supplier about the product quality issue;
