Job Description
An opening for Plant Human Resource Manager. The purpose of the position is to:
1. Establish and implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with divisional/corporate initiatives and legislative requirements;
2. Lead Plant HR team to implement high-quality HR works to align with Plant key business objectives and consistent with divisional/corporate initiatives and legislative requirements;
3. Act as governing role to HR activities in terms of Staffing, Employee Relationship, Training & Development, Performance management (APEX), Compensation & Benefits, Labor compliance, Employee Engagement survey and improvement etc. for all served employees and managers;
4. Implement HR key initiatives in alignment with Eaton Business System to ensure that HR plans are aligned with plant business goals;
5. Do labor costs related budgeting on annual base, and help Finance with timely and accurate personal cost forecast upon request;
6. Provide plant administrative support including reception, Employees transportation, canteen, 5S, utilities management and so on.

Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related;
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a human resources generalist position, or equivalent combination of education and experience, more than 3 years manager role in leading a HR full function team;
3. Prior experience working in plant HR is a must;
4. Superior communication and team leadership skills are essential.
