SBU: Performance Polymers(PA)
Report to: Automotive Marketing Manager
Location: Chengdu
Major Responsibilities:
1. Explore the new market and new product growth opportunity in west of China.
2. Lead and manage the new business development pipeline, and work with whole value chain customers.
3. Develop marketing strategy at specific application and accounts, implement the development plan and deliver the successful case with values.
4. Build strong relationships with targeted industry leaders, association and research institute in west area.
5. Work closely with sales, technical support and R&D team to design the product offering & solution to meet customers' need
6. Collect automotive industry dynamics and competitive intelligence in the marketplace
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in polymer science or chemicals
- Sales, technical experience and knowledge in automotive will be a strong plus
- Good business acumen for market dynamics and new idea generation
- Solid skill in market assessment, gaining market insights, be able to apply/upgrade professional marketing methodologies and techniques
- Demonstrated independent project management skills.
- Effective communication skills with both external customers and internal teams
- Good English and Mandarin skill both in writing and speaking
