Business Unit: Dow Coating Materials (DCM)
Location: Chendu, China

Primary Function:
Drive the business growth of Dow Coating Material in West China area with effective key accounts and distribution channel management , intimacy customer relationship, strong capability for technical solution, team collaboration, business strategy and innovation initiate and implementation .

Major Job Responsibilities:
？ Drive business growth to meet BP target
？ Manage key account and distribution channel
？ Initiate and implement West China business Strategy
？ Provide on-site technical solution to customer
？ Initiate and collaborate with marketing and R&D team to drive innovation project to meet local needs.
？ Develop intimacy customer relationship to expand market share
？ Enhance fundamental commercial operation like sales report, price negotiation, forecast accuracy, contract management, selling project, AR and inventory etc.
？ Support marketing team to build up broad influence to local regulation authority
？ Track and communicate business status through Dow system like Planit+ System;
？ Undertake additional corporate request to meet the needs of the organization
？ Management of company travel and entertainment budget within guidelines.



Minimum Knowledge, Education and Experience:
？ Bachelor degree with background of chemistry science .Master degree is preferred.
？ 3 years B2B sales or technical service experience. coating industry background will be plus.
？ Clear written and spoken skills in Chinese & English language
