职位描述

Essential Duties
- The Plant Manager is responsible for all areas relating to the proper running of the plant and for its integration within company Aluminates. This is measured using the attached Key Performance Indicators.
- He builds the future of the plant in line with the company Aluminates strategy. In particular, he aims to improve productivity and achieve greater flexibility.
- The Plant Manager has to ensure that all the tasks necessary to good performance are accomplished.

Qualifications

- It is characteristic of a person who is essentially preoccupied by the notion of results ,the objective he has set in order to do better than the last time or exceed a given standard or overtake the others ande who gives him the means to achieve it.
