职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Campaign- and Program support - Support in all Campaign- and Program work and development such as; mechanics; tracking; ideas; follow ups.
- Key launches support - Include national & international trips, special challenges, new business tools etc. Support in Key launches such as; mechanics; tracking, ideas, follow-ups.
- Facilitate the work of the National Sales Manager - Do general Sales tasks such as; budget; target setting; tracking; pushing sales; follow-up; translation; sales actions; traveling; Sc visits; independently push actions in terms to increase sales & recruits; developing strategies; other general sales tasks.
Pro-actively initiate and suggest sales driving actions.
- Reporting and admin- Follow up and track sales development with reports on a frequent basis; follow up and track sales development in a structure and frequent way; send out reports; collect reports; develop reports and other sales driving tools.
Responsible for daily tracking and monitoring of Employed Sales Management performance with regards to meetings, trainings, BPS and follow up.
- Communication towards and from the Sales organization - Responsible for all communication from the sales department
Requirements:
- The applicant should have an university degree
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience within sales for an international company and preferable an international company selling direct.
- A natural passion for people and high ambitions for personal development and a successful career within Oriflame.
- Fluent in written and oral English/Chinese mandarin
- Have experience in direct selling area
