Job Purpose

Leads the Design Quality Project to achieve the Styling creative process from the DNS to the PFF by improving all the Styling features in the shape's quality and in the details treatement. Negociate and Integrate the final technical requirements. Participate to the Styling/Technical meeting with Project, Core Ingenior teams and Supplier teams. Negociate and propose technical and Styling arrangements for the benefit of the project convergence and Design Quality. Ensure all the Styling CAD presentations to Style management along the project schedule. Daily build the Styling Class-A model taking into account the technical constrains to propose some Styling and Technical improvements. Reinforce the quality of the styling shapes and its finishing arround the small radius and the gap and flush management. Technical skills: ICEM Surf high level / Photoshop. Complete understanding of the technical issue related to Styling parts construction and assembly. Very good skill in Automotive Styling. Capability of listening and understanding and feedback to the manager.
