Mission 岗位目标
？ Organize and elaborate the Mechanic activity (repair method and labour rate) for NV project and Mid-life project,
？ Manage the physical means (vehicle/engines/body parts/tools),
？ Workshop tools management: workshop maintenance, tools maintenance, parts follow up,
？ Ensure confidentiality and security of the workshop,
？ Ensure the technical follow up of vehicles within his responsibility,
？ Budget responsibility (workshop management)
？ Define the KPI’s for workshop follow up
？ Team management.



Major Responsibilities 岗位职责


？ Operational responsibility
o Supervise his team within his responsibility,
o Support his team for repair method and labour time for mechanic operation,
o Validate the repair method for mechanic operation,
o Input into PSA database (TIMENET) all information supporting the Repair Time Analyst,
o Plan with his hierarchic the workload of technicians within his responsibility,

o Follow the progress of the work done and set up action plan in case of discrepancies,
o In relation with the Service & Parts Project Manager for method adjustment or recommendations (methods/tools)
o Be sure work is done within PSA expectation and time requirement

？ Manage the physical means (vehicles/engine/body parts/tools)
o Organize and monitor the vehicle usage with pro-active attitude in order to continuously improve the vehicle management,
o Be sure all security rules are well respected for vehicle storage,
o Daily contact with our partners (JV’s and DASI/DRDS) for vehicle management and vehicle transportation
o Ensure vehicle confidentiality is taken into account

？ Manage the workshop (tools, parts, workshop maintenance)
o Ensure workshop is in line with PRC regulation
o Periodic inventory of all workshop material
o Regular maintenance of the workshop
o Responsible for spare parts’ stock (order/location/maintenance)

？ Financial responsibility
o Follow the operating budget linked to his activity and take necessaries action in case of discrepancies,

？ Local confidentiality
o Apply and do apply all safety instructions
o Ensure the user’s security
o Ensure the confidentiality of all products used
o Respect confidentiality matters linked to the function
