IDES Prospector (www.ides.com) 是全球最权威、最完整的塑料原材料产品数据库。现因业务发展,正在招聘一名国际客户经理,负责IDES平台在亚洲的开发。该职位将主要负责联系国际塑料原料供应商在亚洲的市场部门负责人,向他们介绍I&I的销售线索服务和电子媒体广告服务。 该职位办公地点可以在上海、香港或新加坡。
理想的候选人应具备以下条件:
*5年或以上的销售经验,有成功的销售纪录。
*优异的市场开拓能力,能独立开展销售工作。
*优先考虑在塑料行业有媒体或原料销售经验的候选人。
*英语听、说、写流利,能通过英语进行流利的对外业务交流。

UL I&I is seeking an International Account Manager responsible for acquiring new customers and helping continue the company’s growth in plastic market. International Account Manager will call on International material suppliers’ key decision makers across Asia. The International Account Manager is expected to generate new profitable business by identifying new customer targets and building meaningful relationships through personal selling effort. Overall, key responsibilities include recognizing, understanding and capturing opportunities that will represent revenue growth to the organization. The International Account Manager reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing Asia.
Essential functions and duties of the position include the following:
1. Prospecting, qualifying and acquiring new customers.
a. Creating and maintaining contacts and relations with assigned prospects.
b. Setting appointments with prospective customers, conducting sales calls on-line via web/teleconference or in person visiting customers in their offices or at trade shows, and doing necessary follow up.
c. Maintaining contact with management about sales activities, opportunities, issues and issue resolution with assigned accounts.
d. Identifying and qualifying new prospective customers and opportunities.
e. Taking a proactive and innovative approach to developing new business.
2. Sales and activity management responsibilities encompass:
a. Discussing sales objectives with management to effect proper sales program.
b. Participating in Company planning activities as directed.
c. Completing and submitting prospective customer calls, contact information, sales opportunities and contracts, and follow-up requirements into company CRM system in a timely fashion.
d. Obtains information from prospective customers about competitive activity.
e. Monitors customers and prospective customers sites for trends and/or opportunities.
f. Suggest to management ideas and programs involving product or marketing techniques gained through broad knowledge, experience and prospective customer feedback.
3. Travels to prospective customer locations(Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore and other SEA countries) , attends trade shows, meetings and conventions as circumstances demand.
Position Requirements
1. College degree or equivalent
2. Fluent in English and Chinese. Can conduct business in both languages.
3. Familiar with Plastics industry, and/or familiar with e-business, digital marketing.
4. A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, demonstrable success record in direct selling.
5. Should be technologically savvy – experienced working with web-based systems
6. Must possess excellent verbal presentation capability, communication skills and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
7. Ability to work effectively with peers across cultures and geography
8. Good planning, organizing and prioritization skills are required, in addition to an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. Should be able to demonstrate an ability to be successful with limited direction. A self-starter that can follow through on responsibilities and is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
10. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a high level of energy, enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and proven record of advancement.

Compensation: (internal information):
Base + Incentive: Base up to 15,000RMB/month for 12 month, Incentive 65K RMB annual.
