职位描述：

向井架制造部经理报告工作/Report to Derrick Fabrication Manager
1. 工作上对井架制造部门的经理负责，负责井架制造部门所有文件的控制和管理工作.
Report to the Derrick Fabrication Manager directly, responsible for all the document control and management tasks in the derrick fabrication department.
2. 负责建立制造文件，管理文件档案；
Responsible for establishing fabrication documents and managing documentation;
3. 根据井架制造部经理的安排，负责协助项目/产品主管对项目/产品往来制造文件情况进行跟踪、归档；
Responsible for assisting project/product supervisor to trace and document the disposal status of project fabrication correspondence, after required by derrick fabrication manager.
4. 负责项目/产品运行过程中所有文件的复印、传递及归档管理工作；
Responsible for copying, transferring and documenting all the documents during the fabrication processes of project/product;
5. 负责各版本工程文件的发放并逐份登记，协助井架制造部经理对各项目的设计策划和项目进度表跟踪；
Responsible for the release and registration of fabrication documents, assisting derrick fabrication manager to trace the status of Project/product Process Schedule and fabrication plan;
6. 根据井架制造部经理的安排，协助制造工程师，整理制造工程文件的归档管理工作（项目硬拷贝文件和电子文件的存档和移交）；
After required by fabrication manager，responsible for the documentation of design packages related fabrication documents (documentation and transfer of fabrication document published in hardcopy and electronic format) after the fabrication is finished;
7. 负责技术协议、标书的存档管理工作；
Responsible for documentation management of technical agreement and tender;
8. 定期整理、维护公共盘的;
To tidy and maintain Public disk so that it runs normally;

Other documentation related tasks assigned by engineering

职位要求：

？ 良好的中英文沟通能力；
Good English & Chinese communication
？ 主动性和团队合作精神；
Initiative & team work spirit
？ 很好的计算机操作包括办公自动化软件包和公司指定的数据库；
Good in computer operation including MS office software package and/or company specified database.
？ 具有工程背景者优先；
Engineering background is preferred.
