职位描述

AP Accountant Main tasks:

1.Deliver high-quality Accounts Payable & Cash Management handling services.

2.Responsibility of own team's work together with other team members.

3.Conduct preventive quality controls and ensure data correctness under internal control framework.

4.Development of harmonised systems, processes and ways of working.

5.Provide key contact point for specified customer units (valid as per case by case definition).

6.Work as substitute for the other members of Accounts Payable & Cash Management team.

7. Participation to local, regional or global projects as agreed with the superior.



AR Accountant Main tasks:

5.Provide key contact point for specified customer units (valid as per case by case definition)

6.Work as substitute for the other members of Accounts Receivable handling teams

7.Participation to local, regional or global projects as agreed with the superior Job purpose:Act as an active member in a high-performing team delivering high-quality services in Accounts Payable & Cash Management / Receivable handling. To manage a process, to ensure timely, accurate, and effective standard reporting, and other key financial outputs in co-operation with UPM units and FS organization (财务共享中心)at regional level.


AP/ARAccountant Requirements:

College degree or corresponding knowledge in accounting.

· Preferred work experience 1 - 2 years or more in finance related tasks.

· English language: fluent level both in spoken and written.

· Knowledge of other languages desirable.

· Ability to effectively use the accounting and reporting tool, SAP or other tool is preferred. Personal behavioural competencies:

· Result-driven way of working demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking.

· Share a genuine interest to work and develop yourself in the finance area.
