Export Customer Service Team Leader
- Shanghai QingPu Location with company shuttle bus available from 6 different locations
- Great working environment, multi-cultural employees
- Salary 10K/month plus 1-2month bonus
This company has an established platform here in China with plans to further their global presence. With a flat management structure, this allows all employees to have better interaction with company managers and directors. This company believes in creating a fun, dynamic and multi-cultural working environment. Currently the organisation has a rare opportunity for an experienced customer service team leader to join their creative and fun marketing team.
Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Daily communication with existing and new customers with regards to the products and orders
- Develop business relationship with customers
- Conduct daily/weekly team meeting to visualize process
- Grow and train team members
- Travel to various fairs to meet customers with opportunity to travel abroad to visit customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably degree in business management or English
- More than 5 years of working experience in export customer service
- More than 1 year in management
- Singaporean or Malaysians in Shanghai preferred
