- From our Energy sector, ET division, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced Instrument Transformer (IN) & Reactor (CL) Technical Sales. This role will be responsible for IN and CL Marketing / Sales and related activity.

What are my responsibilities?
- To provide product training and project sales support to sales team on IN and CL thus enhance their product technology and application knowledge, and improve tehnical communication capability and efficiency with customer and OC.
- To collaborate among sales team for key project follow-up and potential project opportunity cultivation,
- to make action plan and facilitate it to increase our win-probability,
- to cooperate with regional sales and BD manager for more potential customers,
- To visit customers for product promotion and emphasize communication with cusomer representative for the purpose of more attention and interest from customers and more competitiveness on our products
- To visit customers for potential project and business development status in order to get project detailed information as well as feedback collection of our products.
- To collaborate with OC to make project strategy and share project information, in order to secure key project facilitation,
- To cooperate with OC for visits to key customers for better technical preparation for projects based on understanding of customer reuirement,
- To interact with customers, sales team and OC for collection of marketing info including market size / competition / procurement behavior / product technology innovation trend,
- To complete specific tasks assigned temporarily,

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Be familiar with HV equipment and have no less than 3 years experience in related field (better if involved in IN and CL product engineering and technical support ), know current and future produt technology evolution and typical electrical engineering configuration,
- Be capable of making operational strategy / action plan for transaction with focus on performance.
- Be able to deal with routine job with effective approach and cooperative spirit and deliver influence aiming at better performance.
- hamonize relationship between colleagues with different culture background with attention on progress and result, better with working experience in international company.
- In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.

What else do I need to know?
- Bachelor or above, major of electrical power system / electrical engineering / high voltage
- Be familiar withHV product portfolio and application, capable to identify customer requirement, related product or power transmission field involvement
- abundant knowledge of HV equipment and power system, familiar with IN and CL application and market,
- Good communication skills and fluent oral and written English capability,
- Characterized with aggressive working passion and good interpersonal skills,
