-From our SRE Asia-Australia Operations & Standards, Siemens are looking to recruit Regional Manager. Report to Head of OS.
-Contacts: SRE Head of Region and Region BA, SRE Head of O&S BS/TM/LS/QM, SRE Head of BD&PMM Region, Other SRE HQ Functions (global & regional) ,SRE AMUs/LMUs

What are my responsibilities?
-Supports the Head of O&S and HoRA in steering the AMUs, provides technical guidance & support, ensures best practice sharing among the AMUs
- Interlinks between R-HQ and AMUs in regard to location concepts, site selections and operational business
- Performances controlling of the AMUs in regard to real estate costs and space efficiency
-Initiates, implements and monitors measures to improve IBIT in the AMUs
-Directs & supports AMUs in annual planning process
-Guides & supports AMUs in organizational set up and enables best practices between the AMUs
-Supports AMUs and HoRA in special projects, such as “turn around”, “Capital Spending” and other special topics
-Supports AMUs in preparation, conducting and monitoring of real estate projects
-Directs & supports AMUs in preparation of I-applications for all project types
- Prepares, conducts and follows up calls (“Business Review Calls”) between the SRE AMU Leads and the Regional Management Team
-Provides regional reporting of space consumption per REU/Sector/Division on monthly/quarterly/annual basis
-Performs quality checks of AMU/LMU space reporting

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Management Skills
-Business result orientation and pro-activeness
-Comprehensive knowledge and experience in multiple corporate real estate disciplines (e.g. Asset & Property Management, Portfolio Management, CRE and real estate related aspects of M&A projects)
- Knowledge of Siemens business, organization, processes and customer requirements
- Knowledge of major Siemens locations and RE markets in the Region
-Knowledge in Real Estate Business Administration
- International work experience and intercultural sensitivity
-Excellent communication skills and social competency
-Networking skills, collaboration and influencing
-Bachelor in engineering, business, MBA or advanced real estate degree
-Several years (6+) of professional experience, thereof 3+ years in significant RE functions
-Fluent English language skills
