-From our SRE Asia-Australia Operations & Standards, Siemens are looking to recruit Head of Quality Management. Report to Head of OS.
-Contacts: SRE Head of Region and Region BA, SRE AMU/LMU ,SRE R-HQ functions ,Service providers, customers, lessors, owners, utility companies

What are my responsibilities?
-Mission: Responsible to ensure a comprehensive quality strategy supporting the objectives of SRE. This includes development and roll-out of quality standards in regard to all real estate matters. Identification of weaknesses and risks with respect to quality and develop measures to eliminate those.

-Develops a QM strategy ensuring quality planning by: Prioritizing improvement measures; reference data for targets; quality planning in projects
- Provides a quality management system: development, set up and maintaining of a quality management system
-Quality reporting: provides a suitable quality information system, including KPIs; submits quality performance reports for management team
-Customer involvement: oversees customer satisfaction survey, identifying measures and implementing them
-Supports processes & projects to ensure required quality
-Control of continuous improvement process: plans, initiates and coordinates in cooperation with management; initiates best practices sharing; g
implements quality assessment programs
-Quality-based supplier management: ensures supplier quality management; selects, qualifies, develops, integrates, monitors and audits suppliers
-Raises awareness: identifies qualification requirements and assesses the effectiveness

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Specialist knowledge and expertise in quality management, service markets developments and
guidelines for real estate benchmarking
-Personal skills: customer orientation, entrepreneurial attitude and approach; pro-activity; target
orientation; ability to manage change; positive attitude and loyalty to the company
- Excellent communication skills, social competency, international work experience & intercultural
sensitivity
-Many years of professional experience in Quality Management or related areas
- Innovative management style driven through knowledge of internal + external market
developments
-Basic knowledge in Business Administration
-Comprehensive knowledge in multiple CRE disciplines (i.e. Asset management, RE services)
-Cooperative and knowledgeable in technical and organizational projects
-Experienced in leadership and team management
-Fluent English language skills
