-From our SRE, Siemens are looking to recruit a experienced Head of Location Mgmt Unit (LMU).
-Mission: Responsible for the management of all real estate assets including external lease business within the respective LMU with a focus on Siemens space and service requirements within the existing portfolio including full budget responsibility.
-Contacts: Head of AMU & AMU BA; LMU BA ;Real estate agents & consultants ;Siemens Operating Companies in the country ; Siemens Regional Company & Business Sector representatives ;Vendors & Service providers ;External landlords & lessees

What are my responsibilities?
-People management (if applicable), organization, development of the SRE LMU
-Customer Relationship Management (predominantly internal) and contact partner for real estate related topics within the LMU
-Realization of the LMU real estate strategy in coordination with SRE AMU
-Management of the LMU real estate portfolio according to SRE standards & processes & budget
-Driving continuous improvement of real estate costs for internal customers
-Sourcing of RE related services as well as steering and controlling of Suppliers
-Support of the R-HQ business lines, e. g. Building Solutions (BS), Maintenance & Tenant Improvement (MTI), Transaction Management and External
Renting Management (TM) and Business Development &Portfolio Management (BD&PMM)
-Ensure legal ownership representation to local authorities and total adherence to local statutory regulations and local laws

-Regular reporting to and close cooperation & communication with SRE AMU

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Advanced management skills and expertise
-Knowledge of Siemens business, organization, processes & internal customer requirements
-Knowledge of real estate market of the area within the LMU as well as mechanism & tasks
-Knowledge in multiple Corporate Real Estate disciplines, e.g. Asset Management, Property
Management, Facility Management, Procurement of Real Estate Services & Legal aspects
-Basic knowledge in Business Administration
-Strong Customer orientation
-Good communication skills & social competency
-Academic degree in engineering or other advanced real estate related technical degree preferred
-Several years of professional experience with responsibility in RE functions
-Advanced English language skills required, additionally local country language preferred
