职位描述
-From our SRE, Siemens are looking to recruit a experienced Head of Asset Mgmt Unit (AMU).
-Mission: Responsible for the entrepreneurial management of all real estate assets including external lease business within the respective AMU with a focus on Siemens space and service requirements within the existing portfolio including full P+L responsibility.
-Contacts: SRE R-HQ; Real estate agents & consultants ;Siemens Operating Companies in the countries ;Siemens Regional Company representatives; Vendors & Service providers ;External landlords & lessees
What are my responsibilities?
-People Management, organization & development of the SRE AMU
-Management of real estate business according to SRE standards & processes & SRE BTA
-Customer Relationship Management (predominantly internal) and senior contact partner for all real estate related topics within the AMU
-Derive AMU real estate strategy in coordination with SRE R-HQ & realization of measures of the AMU real estate portfolio according to the
SRE AMU strategy
-Driving continuous improvement of real estate costs for internal customers
-Sourcing of RE related services
-Close cooperation & communication as well as regular reporting to SRE R-HQ
-Support of the R-HQ business lines, e. g. Building Solutions (BS), Maintenance & Tenant Improvement (MTI), Transaction Management and External
-Renting Management (TM) and Business Development &Portfolio Management (BD&PMM)
-Ensure legal ownership representation to local authorities and full adherence to local statutory regulations and local laws
-Initiate and draft AMU related I–Applications and coordinate with R-HQ business lines
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-General Management skills and expertise
-Knowledge of Siemens business, organization, processes & internal customer requirements
-Knowledge in multiple Corporate Real Estate disciplines, e.g. Asset Management, Property
Management, Transactions, New Constructions, Facility Management , Procurement of Real Estate
Services & Legal aspects
-Knowledge of real estate market of the countries within the AMU
-Basic knowledge in strategic real estate management, location concepts & real estate development
-Basic knowledge in Business Administration
-Customer orientation
-Excellent communication skills, social competency, international work experience & intercultural
sensitivity
-Acad. degree in engineering or other adv. real estate related technical degree preferred
-Several years of professional experience with full responsibility in real estate functions
-Fluent English language skills
