-SLC E S RAS PMO position (Shanghai)

-For our Energy Sector (Service Division) in Shanghai we are looking for a PMO Manager at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
-Maintain and facilitate professional local project, program and product portfolio management in the region Asia by supporting the introduction of new processes, standards, methods and tools and additional services, as well as supervision of their execution for Energy Service.
-Maintaining a Regional Headquarters Project Management Office function for local project organizations in regional companies (RCs).
-Harmonization and simplification of standards and processes, as well as development rules and guidelines, introduction of tools for local project/program management together with the country management.
-Conduct project reviews, audits and consultation for PM processes, coordinate and drive project management initiatives as main contact for one business unit.
-Detect, analyze and reduce risks and cost overruns in projects which are resulting from project organization or process insufficiencies.
-Define targets for implementation headcount and qualification with country heads, collect and feedback regional needs to headquarter (HQ) functions.
-Ensure knowledge sharing within the Project Management Community (on-and offshore PM, Management RCs, Region HQ, HQ etc) to ensure synergy effects.
-Further develop PM competence and retention concepts and drive their implementation.
-Coaching of onshore Project- and Program managers in line with PM@Siemens and Headquarter requirements for increased certification rate.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-University degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Economics
-At least 3 ~ 5 years in complex project management, preferably in energy business
-Advanced knowledge of PM@SIEMENS (PM 3 course, preferably certified C-level)
-Basic knowledge in business process management
-Used to work in intercultural teams
-English Fluent, German as a plus
-Results Orientation, ability to motivate, good analytical skills, good presentation skills
